Saturday scenario guidelines

 · Total must be $25 or more AFTER all instant saving and sale prices.

· If items are on sale then the sale price goes towards the total.

· With a B1G1 store sale the free items do NOT counts towards the total.

· With a B1G1 coupon both items count towards the total.

· When using the $5/$25 with the $5/$30 Gain you need $30 in attaching Gain products for both to work. (No you do NOT need $35).

· Best to utilize the app for prices, store sales, to check instant savings and to verify that coupons attach and are clipped.

· App is NOT the register!! Sale prices, instant savings and $5/$25 Saturday don’t always come off in the app as a rule.

· Scenarios are going to be more accurate when done out on paper.

· $3/$15 Beauty bag, $3/$10 Bayer, $2/$6 Suave, $2/$6 Vaseline, etc are DG store coupons. These come off the total and do not work like instant savings!!

· If it is a coupon then it is NOT instant savings.

· Only time you can stack coupons is if you are using a DG Store Coupon and a digital manufacturer coupon. The DG Store Coupon will have the logo in the upper left corner.

· Most digital coupons are manufacturer coupons. You CANNOT use 2 manufacturer coupons on the same item.

· Not all accounts receive the DG Exclusive digitals.

· If you have 2 digital coupons clipped for the same item then it will take the lowest one off.

· Order that you put your number in or give paper $5/$25 does NOT matter.

· Digital coupons CANNOT be unclipped!!

· Any overrides on your Saturday scenarios can knock you under $25 and the $5/$25 won’t work.

· Always have a total in mind at the register. If the total at the register is to far off it is okay to void the transaction. This way you keep your digital coupons. Gives you a chance to regroup, refigure and retry.

· Do NOT attempt to use the $5/$5.01 P&G (promotion is not going on at this time) with the $5/$25 Saturday. If you attempt to use in the same transaction and the $5/$5.01 doesn’t come off it will be void since scanned already.

· The $5/$20 or $5/$30 Gain digital: every time it comes out what it attaches to changes. SCAN SCAN SCAN!!!!

· DG store coupons show as “store discounts” under each item it attaches.

Example: $5/$25, $5/$, etc.20 Gain, $3/$10 Unilever.

· Instant savings: comes off multiple times per transaction.

Example: Dial $2/$8 comes off twice if you get $16 in Dial. So $4 comes off.

· Instant savings shows as store discounts under each item it attaches to.

· $5/$25 and $3/$15 (not instant savings) CANNOT be used in the same transaction.
