* If it is a B1G1 store sale free one does NOT go towards the total.

* If it is a B1G1 coupon (digital and/or paper) both go towards the total.

Do DG store coupons work like instant savings?

* NO they come off the $25/total.

Does the $5/$20 or $5/$30 Gain work with the $5/$25 Saturday?

* YES 

* $5/$20 Gain must be at $25 with $20 in attaching Gain items.

* $5/$30 Gain must be at $30 with $30 in attaching Gain items.

* If both don't attach it usually a minor mess up on the couponer and not DG.

Do all accounts receive the same digitals?

* NO 

If I have 2 digitals clipped will highest one come off?

* NO- highest digital attaches on app. Lowest attaches at the register.

How do I unclip a digital? * You don't. You either use it or wait for it to expire.

Can I use the $5/$25 Saturday and $3/$15 digital in same transaction?

* NO - lowest digital attaches at the register.

Is the app total accurate?

* NO - multiple instant savings, sale prices and $5/$25 don't always apply on the app.

If a digital doesn't attach on the app will it attach at the register?

* NO - as a rule. There are a few exceptions along the way.

Can I stack coupons on the same item?

* If the digital has the "DG store coupon" in upper left corner then it can be stacked

with a digital manufacturer coupon. 

Is it $25 before or after coupons?

* At least $25 after instant savings and sale prices. Then all coupons come off.

Does DG accept expired coupons?

* NO

Can employees override coupons? 

* Technically they are not supposed to override any coupons. 

Why didn't my $5/$25 attach?

* Usually because instant savings or sale prices knocked you under the $25 

threshold.

Did my $5/$25 attach?

* $5/$25 shows as "store discounts" under each item it attaches to.

* If it didn't attach it is usually due to a minor mess up on the couponer and not DG.

How do I figure the app total out for $5/$25 Saturday?

* Subtotal minus offers = $25 or more.

Does order you put your number in matter?

* NO - System knows thresholds have been met regardless of order done.

Can I use a digital $5/$25 and a paper $5/$25 in the same transaction?

* NO - one $5/$25 per transaction. 

Can I do multiple $5/$25 transactions?

* NO - Per DG coupon policy.

* Up to each individual store though.

Can they limit me to 1 DG account?

* YES - per DG coupon policy 1 account.

Does DG give overage on digitals?

* YES - if a DG manufacturer coupon. 

*NO - if a DG store coupon. These do not allow overage or free. Make each item

.01 each.

If an item is on sale which price counts towards total on Saturday's?

* Sale prices go towards the total.

When do new digitals hit the accounts?

* Most new digitals hit early Sunday mornings.

* Occassionally a few are added through out the week.
